Take a dip in our custom commercial cold plunge tub!

Lets face it, no one loves cold water, but after your first plunge, the euphoric feeling that follows will have you running back for more!

Start with a goal of 1:30 for your first time, or if you feel great try for 3:00!

Research suggests that the ideal temperature range for a cold plunge is between 50-60 degrees Fahrenheit.

We keep our plunge between 48-55 degrees.

But remember, individual preferences and cold tolerance levels can vary, so we suggest you consider your own comfort and we can adjust as needed.

There is no additional benefits with longer (6+min) or colder plunges (excluding cold adapted individuals)

so work smarter, not harder, right?
